Requirements: College degree required; Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification ideal; problem-solving skills; experience with CRM software, sales tracking, and payroll systems; strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; passion for customer service and making a difference in the community; availability for some evenings and weekends; background check required; preferred experience in youth sports instruction, aquatics, team management, and membership sales
