Position: General Manager
About: Community Choice Financial, a part of the TitleMax family of brands, is currently seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee the success of their store and team. The role involves setting high standards for performance and customer service, providing coaching and training to the team, and leading marketing efforts while ensuring adherence to quality standards and fostering growth and innovation.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in phone systems, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other relevant systems; valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle; must be at least 18 years of age; background check required; ability to meet physical demands of the position
