Position: General Manager
About: Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve objectives in sales, cost management, customer service, and more. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree with a major in food and nutrition, food service management, or related field; 5-8 years experience in Food Service industry with 2-3 years as a Food Service Director in the K-12 market; strong knowledge of food trends, quality, production, and sanitation; leadership, communication, and financial skills; proficiency in MS Office programs, POS systems, ServSafe certification, background check, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
