Position: General Manager
About: The General Manager at Lazer Logistics oversees operations at the assigned site, with a focus on P&L responsibility and collaboration with Corporate Safety, Fleet, HR, and Accounting departments to ensure adherence to internal and external standards. Seeking a candidate with senior-level logistics experience and a proactive approach to excellence and efficiency.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field or equivalent experience; 3 years management experience with Lazer Logistics or 5 years outside management experience; proven track record in logistics, warehouse, supply chain, transportation, or related field; experience with Fortune 500 firms preferred; excellent communication skills; ability to analyze P&L issues and improve financial outcomes; strong customer service orientation; proficiency in Microsoft Office; adaptability and resilience; demonstrated leadership and change management skills; willingness to travel when required
