About: Hampton by Hilton Santa Fe is seeking a dedicated General Manager to oversee the operations, cleanliness, and maintenance of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and profitability. Collaborating with corporate support teams, the General Manager plays a vital role in developing and executing the property’s plans. Our company, MCR, is a prominent hotel owner-operator in the United States with a vast portfolio of premium-branded hotels across various states and cities, known for innovation and excellence in the hospitality industry.
Requirements: Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn; Must be able to work well in high-pressure situations and maintain composure; Must have effective communication and leadership skills; Must be attentive to detail and meet deadlines; Must be proficient in Windows operating systems and financial data analysis; A valid driver’s license is required; Must meet the legal age to serve alcoholic beverages; A college degree is preferred
