Position: General Manager
About: Aaron’s Inc is currently seeking a General Manager for their location in Stratford, Connecticut. At Aaron’s, the focus is on personalized customer service, providing a warm and welcoming environment that helps customers move closer to their ownership goals. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the store’s overall operations, including asset management, customer growth, revenue generation, associate development, and inventory control. Strong leadership and motivational skills are key to succeeding in this role at Aaron’s.
Requirements: High level of energy; strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; demonstrated selling skills; effective organizational skills; safe driving skills and ability to operate the Company Truck; satisfactory MVR (driving record) and valid Driver’s License.
