Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent; Four to six years of general management experience in a high level operations role or some prior general management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Must speak fluent English; Other languages preferred; Ability to travel to attend workshops, conferences, etc.; May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
