Position: General Manager
About: Bagel Brands, the parent company of popular breakfast brands such as Einstein Bros. Bagels, Bruegger’s Bagels, Noah’s NY Bagels, and Manhattan Bagel, believes in the unique ability of the bagel to bring people together, spreading joy and happiness through warm, fresh-baked bagels and heartfelt greetings. They are currently seeking a General Manager to join their team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting; hands-on leadership with the ability to motivate and inspire a team; experience in P&L analysis and achieving food cost and labor targets; skilled in recruiting and developing team members; minimum age of 18 years
