Requirements: Strong leadership and team management skills; experience in the entertainment or hospitality industry; excellent customer service and communication skills; financial acumen and budget management experience; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of event planning and coordination; experience in sales and marketing; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
