Position: General Manager
About: The restaurant is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of the restaurant operation and uphold the company’s vision, values, and culture.
Requirements: Education/Certifications: A degree in Hospitality, Business, or Hotel/Restaurant Management or related field preferred; Valid driver’s license and car insurance required; Certification through Management Training Program(s) post-hire required; Completion of Next Step Management Development program required; Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience required; Skills/Competencies: Thorough understanding of restaurant operating and management techniques; Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; Ability to read and analyze financial statements; Proficiency in restaurant equipment usage; Clear communication in English, bilingualism a plus; Sound judgment aligned with company values; Basic computer knowledge with flexibility to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
