Position: General Manager

About: Community Choice Financial is a part of the TitleMax family of brands, a leading title lending company with over 900 locations in 14 states. They provide financial services such as title loans, pawns, and personal loans in select states, aiming to assist individuals in need of quick cash solutions since 1998.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with various systems like Point of Sale, Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for work use; must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama); background check required; ability to meet physical demands of the position including remaining stationary, moving up to 25 pounds, and using mechanical controls;
