Position: General Manager
About: Four Points by Sheraton Richmond Airport, located at 4700 South Laburnum Avenue in Richmond, Virginia, is currently seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee operations and sales functions. This position offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team in ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and driving financial performance within the SMI Hotel Group franchise.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred; Minimum of 5 years of General Manager experience in a full-service hotel (Starwood, Hilton, IHG, or Marriott experience required); Proven success in guest service excellence, revenue growth, and profitability management; Strong leadership, interpersonal, and time management skills; Proficient in hospitality technology and financial reporting
