Requirements: A.A. or B.A./B.S. in a related field; previous restaurant management experience; experience as a Chipotle Apprentice; ability to develop positive working relationships with all restaurant personnel; exceptional customer service skills; adaptability to succeed in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of OSHA, EEOC, and health department matters; ability to use a PC and Microsoft Office Suite; fluent in the languages of the work location
