Position: General Manager
About: InnVentures, a company with over 40 years of history in the hospitality industry, operates over 75 hotels in 20+ states for major REITs, private real estate owners, and individual family-owned hotels, known for its proven methods of management, development, and revenue maximization.
Requirements: At least 5 years progressive experience in a hotel or a related field; or a 4-year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience; light work – exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects; warm and friendly demeanor at all times; effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions; problem-solving skills; ability to maintain confidentiality of information
