Requirements: Ten years of food service experience in a restaurant or banquet setting, with 5 years of supervisory experience; Ability to read and interpret documents, write reports/orders, and speak effectively with customers; Ability to add, subtract, calculate figures, and work in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Tams, Tipps or Tap, ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification
