Position: General Manager
About: Uncle Joe’s Pizzeria is seeking a self-motivated and organized Store General Manager to lead the team and execute the company’s vision and mission. The role focuses on team performance, increasing sales and profitability, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction, and developing and retaining quality team members.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Minimum of 3 years of experience as a manager in casual dining; Experience with a full-service alcohol serving facility desirable; Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction; Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating a team. Some exposure to P&L and sales building highly desirable; Municipal Food Worker Card, Serve Safe Certified, TAM/TAPS Card
