Position: General Manager

About: Community Choice Financial, a part of the TitleMax family of brands, is seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee store success and team performance. Reporting to the District Director of Operations, the General Manager will be responsible for setting high standards for performance and customer service, providing coaching to the team, overseeing marketing efforts, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and fostering growth and innovation in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work with various systems like Point of Sale and Microsoft Office; Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; Must be at least 18 years of age; Background check required; Ability to meet physical demands of the position
