They are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate General Manager for the Cambria Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Requirements: Some College education; experience in all phases of hotel management including sales, marketing, human resources, budget/forecast management, rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance; demonstrated record of consistently delivering above-average operational results, teamwork, imaginative sales and marketing programs, guest and associate satisfaction, Food and Beverage Manager experience, senior hotel management roles, and prior General Manager or flag experience preferred; entrepreneurial attitude, strategic thinking and planning skills, stay current with industry trends, digital marketing knowledge, focus on continuous improvement, good judgment, high personal integrity
