About: Community Choice Financial, part of the TitleMax family of brands, is a leading title lending company operating over 900 locations across 14 states. They specialize in providing cash through title loans/pawns and expanding into personal loans in select states since 1998.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of experience in supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, service, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with various systems and software; valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for work purposes; must be at least 18 years old; background check required; ability to meet physical demands of the position
