Position: General Manager

Requirements: At least 6 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 4-year college degree and at least 4 to 5 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and at least 5 to 6 years of related experience. Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and guests in a friendly, courteous manner. Must be able to multitask, prioritize departmental functions, and handle problems effectively. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming; comply with safety regulations and maintain confidentiality of information.
