Position: General Manager
About: Schindler Group, a leading provider of elevators, escalators, and moving walks, is seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee the management of company activities and functions in Hartford, CT, United States. Requirements: BA/BS in Business/Management/Engineering; MBA or MA in related field preferred; 10-15 years of experience in the Elevator industry or service-oriented business; experience managing a full P&L for an industrial company; working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; ability to manage human and financial resources effectively; strong analytical and communication skills; self-confidence and adaptability to meet challenges
