Position: General Manager
About: EquipmentShare, a rental company specializing in equipment rentals including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, and material handling equipment, is currently seeking a General Manager to lead and grow their Core Solutions rental location in Gulfport, MS. They are dedicated to transforming how construction companies manage their equipment and operations through real-time insights and innovative technology solutions.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 5 years rental industry experience, preferably in a management role; valid driver’s license and clean driving record; strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; excellent leadership and people management skills; results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement; ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay up-to-date on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.
