Position: General Manager
About: Sonic Drive-In is seeking a dedicated and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee operations, training, and development of all employees at our drive-in location. The ideal candidate will lead a team focused on delivering quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner to ensure guests have a memorable experience at Sonic Drive-In.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related fields preferred; minimum of three (3) years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred), including running shifts independently; knowledge of employment and labor laws, Equal Employment Opportunity, and recruiting practices; familiarity with health and sanitation regulations; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; basic accounting and computer skills; ability to work at least 50 hours per workweek, follow directions, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; proficient in multitasking and using restaurant planning tools.
