Position: General Manager
About: Lead and manage hotel operations to maximize profits and achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction. Essential job functions include interviewing, selecting, training, scheduling, coaching, and supporting associates to ensure adherence to brand standards. Responsibilities also involve property inspection, budgeting, sales and marketing planning, safety procedures, and community engagement. The General Manager will oversee sales operations, participate in community networking, and handle various administrative duties. Position requires an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field, along with previous hotel management experience.
