About: Barrel One Collective (B1C) is a proud operator of six highly successful restaurants and taproom locations, with a new Harpoon Restaurant and Taproom set to open in Manchester, NH in April. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years of Food & Beverage general management experience, including opening new establishments; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; proven expertise in POS systems, cost control, cash management, budgeting, and financial analysis; a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; a passion for craft beer and creating unforgettable guest experiences
