Position: General Manager

About: Global Hotel Group is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of property management and hotel operations including guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, finances, team building, and staff development. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to delegate responsibilities effectively while organizing complex projects and establishing priorities in line with the company mission statement.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management or Business Administration preferred; Certified Hospitality Administrator designation preferred; minimum 4+ years of work experience; excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional appearance and presentation; knowledge of MS Office, Yield Management Systems, Property Management System (PMS) programs, Central Reservation System programs, Payroll programs, Company-issued internet browser programs, Company-issued electronic mail programs; ability to interpret financial information, prepare budgets, and make business decisions based on reports and experience; strong management and reasoning abilities; ability to work in a stressful environment, communicate effectively, handle guest interactions, and accept feedback from supervisors; flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; physical fitness to perform bending, stooping, standing, sitting, walking, grasping, repetitive motions, and lift weights up to 30 lbs.
