Position: General Manager
About: Fairfield Inn Deptford is currently seeking a General Manager to oversee hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction, and employee development, maintaining the integrity of the hotel property. This hotel is part of the Highgate Hotels group known for its expertise in hospitality management and property development, with a strong presence in various key markets across the United States and expanding globally.
Requirements: At least 6 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 4-year college degree and at least 4 to 5 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and at least 5 to 6 years of related experience. Must maintain a warm and friendly demeanor, communicate effectively with all levels of employees and guests, multitask, prioritize tasks, and handle problems efficiently. Highgate Hotel standards adherence and confidentiality maintenance are essential.
