Position: General Manager
About: The Radisson Hotel Seattle Airport is looking for their next dynamic leader to manage all aspects of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of guest service, operational excellence, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will drive business plan strategies to exceed owner, associate, and guest expectations.
Requirements: Minimum ten years of senior hotel leadership experience required; Minimum three to five years of previous General Manager experience in a full-service environment required; Minimum two years of upper upscale hotel experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; Proven leadership skills, results-oriented; Ability to resolve conflicts with guests, supervisors, and employees; Collaboration skills with other hotel employees and managers; Ability to create a diverse and supportive work environment; Strong time management skills; Ability to model Choice Hotels Cultural Values: Welcome and Respect Everyone, Be Bold, Be Quick, Listen, Be Curious, and Show Integrity
