Position: General Manager
About: Common Oaks Lodging, a division of Concord Hospitality, is seeking an experienced hotel leader to manage the soon-to-open Extended Stay America Premier Suites in Chandler, Arizona, near Phoenix. The ideal candidate will oversee, direct, and manage property operations to ensure optimum performance, profitability, guest satisfaction, and efficiency while maintaining company standards.
Requirements: Minimum three years related hospitality management experience required; 4-year degree highly preferred. Basic knowledge of computers and software including ability to use e-mail, word processing, and spreadsheet software. Ability to organize multiple projects, manage and prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Ability to read, speak, and write in English effectively, and communicate professionally with guests, associates, and supervisors. Conversational Spanish would be beneficial.
