Requirements: 5-7+ years of direct leadership experience in mentoring, coaching, training, and supervising a team; Hospitality, travel, relocation, corporate housing, or multifamily industry experience strongly preferred; Proven success in driving sales, financial, and operational results to meet and exceed goals; Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically; Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, residents, and clients
