Position: General Manager
About: Community Choice Financial, part of the TitleMax family of brands, is seeking a motivated General Manager to lead a successful store team and drive performance and customer service excellence. Reporting to the District Director of Operations, the General Manager will oversee marketing efforts, ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations, and foster growth and innovation in a fast-paced retail and financial services environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial services, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems; valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a personal vehicle; background check required; ability to meet physical demands of the position
