Requirements: At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently or constantly. Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a warm and friendly demeanor towards guests and employees. Compliance with Highgate Hotel Standards and regulations for safe and efficient hotel operations.
