Requirements: College degree preferred; Administrator’s License/certification may be required; Prior General Manager/Administrator experience focused on growing top and bottom lines; Previous management experience including hiring, coaching, performance management, and leading a team through change; Previous sales experience preferred; Passion for working with seniors
