Requirements: 4-5 years of management experience; previous restaurant General Manager experience; knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, responsible alcohol service, safety and security procedures, and computer operations; ability to manage and develop a team; proficiency in analyzing Profit and Loss statements
