Position: General Manager
About: Jinya Ramen is seeking a General Manager to oversee the overall operations of the restaurant and ensure exceptional food and service standards. The General Manager will lead the team in maximizing productivity, maintaining cleanliness, and providing accurate and efficient service while demonstrating strong leadership skills.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in restaurant and/or hospitality restaurant; outstanding verbal and written skills; ability to lead, inspire, and motivate team members; knowledge of restaurant systems and MS Office Suites; excellent interpersonal communication skills; high school diploma preferred; must be 21 years of age or older; experience in a multi-cultural environment; ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
