Position: General Manager
About: InnVentures, a company with a culture of building winning teams operating over 75 hotels in 20+ states for major REITs and private real estate owners, is seeking a General Manager for Residence Inn Seattle South Renton. This role involves leading a team to provide personalized service for guests and achieve great financial performance for owners.
Requirements: At least 5 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 4-year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience. Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor; effectively communicate with all levels of employees and guests; multitask and prioritize tasks; handle problems effectively; maintain confidentiality; attend required meetings and trainings.
