Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; 5 years of management experience; 5 years of functional experience; strong leadership skills and supervisory experience; ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate professional communication skills; experience in high-volume College/University management and managing union staff; culinary production experience and safety compliance background; working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC); proficient in computer skills and report management
