Position: General Manager
About: Manages all functions of a Jimmy Johns restaurant to ensure customer service and high quality products are delivered to ensure restaurant profitability. Responsible for the successful execution of fast, accurate, sandwiches and world-class customer service while maintaining a clean, organized shift.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in restaurant management; ability to manage staff, oversee work, and conduct evaluations; knowledge of food ordering and inventory control; strong leadership and communication skills; willingness to work overtime, holidays, weekends; ability to lift 50 pounds; valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and clean driving record; stamina to work a minimum of 50-60 hours a week
