Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred; 10+ years of management experience in sales and marketing within the specialty contracting industry, focusing on luxury and high-end residential construction; proven experience in growing and managing profitable construction companies with revenues ranging from $20M to $100M; demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies; strong financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting; proven experience leading and managing teams with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
