Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Proven experience in restaurant management; Strong leadership and organizational skills; Knowledge of health and safety regulations; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays; Proficient in managing budgets and financial records; Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes; Understanding of marketing and promotional strategies; Food handler certification and TABC certification
