Position: General Manager
About: Community Choice Financial, part of the TitleMax family of brands, is seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee store success and team performance. Reporting to the District Director of Operations, this role involves coaching and training employees to achieve company objectives, increase revenue, and uphold quality standards in a retail and financial services environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with various systems and software; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; must be at least 18 years old; background check required; ability to meet physical demands of the position
