Position: General Manager
About: Speedy Cash, a trusted loan company operating across 12 states for over 25 years, is seeking a results-driven General Manager to oversee store success, team development, and growth strategies. The General Manager will report to the District Director of Operations and play a pivotal role in marketing, security, and compliance efforts while fostering an environment of innovation and growth.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, service, or related industries; excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in phone systems, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other relevant systems; must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama); background check required; ability to meet physical demands of the position including remaining in a stationary position, moving up to 25 pounds, and operating mechanical controls; preferred qualifications include an associate degree or higher, experience in check cashing, document verification, and money order processing, bilingual English/Spanish skills may be required for certain locations
