About: The Waymark Chattanooga, A Tapestry Collection by Hilton, located in the heart of downtown Chattanooga, occupying a historic building originally constructed for the Chattanooga Savings Bank and Trust Company back in 1927. Revitalizing this long-vacant landmark offers a unique opportunity to create a distinctive brand while contributing to the ongoing transformation of a dynamic and growing neighborhood in this vibrant city.
Requirements: Prior GM experience (5+ years) and strong F&B experience required; Opening experience and Hilton experience preferred; Market experience desirable; Organized, detailed oriented and able to lead a winning team of passionate and service-driven hospitality professionals; Strong sales background and established networking skills; Proven ability to drive GSS; Effective in hiring, mentoring and leading a team toward outstanding results; Able to deliver outstanding financial results
