Position: General Manager
About: As a pre-opening General Manager, you will oversee the operational excellence of the property, the growth and satisfaction of onsite team members, and the entire guest experience. We are looking for a passionate leader who can leverage experience and data to drive best-in-class service results.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; a minimum of 3 years of hospitality leadership experience; previous experience managing Housekeeping operations and Laundry; experienced in recruiting and onboarding new employees to scale an elite team; critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to drive culture through effective communication and leadership; tech-savvy to manage inventory systems and products; able to lift objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
