Position: General Manager

About: Community Choice Financial, a leading retailer of financial services to unbanked and underbanked consumers, is looking for a results-driven General Manager to oversee store success, team performance, and customer service. The company is the parent to eleven brands, including Cash 1, Check Into Cash, CheckSmart, Easy Money, InstaLoan, Rapid Cash, Speedy Cash, TitleBucks, and TitleMax, operating across 20+ states with over 1,700 retail storefronts and online products.

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Minimum two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, service, or related industries; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work with various systems like Point of Sale, Microsoft Office; Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle; Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama); Background check required; Ability to meet physical demands of the position
