About: Barry’s is a renowned fitness company founded in West Hollywood in 1998, offering a unique strength and cardio interval fitness experience that delivers effective and enjoyable one-hour workouts. Their program focuses on alternating between weights and treadmill running to achieve optimal results and prevent injuries, while boosting metabolism post-workout. Requirements: 3-5 years of fitness management or relevant related experience (hospitality, retail, food/beverage, etc.); Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent experience; financial acumen and ability to assess financial impacts; availability for full-time work during non-traditional hours; ability to lead, motivate, delegate to a team; manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment; exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills; detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction; strong negotiation, mediation, problem-solving skills; proven dependability, reliability; friendly, outgoing personality with a can-do attitude; professional appearance and behavior; enthusiasm for the Barry’s brand; physical ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, stand for extended periods, and lift 30+ pounds of equipment and supplies.
