Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred; two years of restaurant management or supervision experience preferred; must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and satisfactory vehicle for the state of work; skills in cash management, planning and organization, and effective communication.
