Position: General Manager

Requirements: Must be an EPL Assistant Manager or have the equivalent of 2 years or more of management experience, preferably in a restaurant environment; familiarity with Point-Of-Sale systems desired. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred, college education desired. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (second language a plus). Basic math and computer skills, strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills. Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and have a reliable vehicle for company business. Must have a Serve Safe Certificate at the time of hire or obtain one and pass the EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) class upon hire. Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting objects, and occasional stooping/kneeling/crouching/crawling. Full-time schedule with variable shifts.
