Position: General Manager
About: Wendy’s, a well-known restaurant chain, is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Restaurant General Manager to oversee the operations and staff of their establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with company guidelines, laws, and ethical practices while providing leadership and training to the team.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; strong knowledge of company operating systems, P&L analysis, supervisory practices, planning, budgeting, interviewing, and training; familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws
