Requirements: 1+ years of management experience, ideally in fitness, wellness, or retail; proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving growth; strong leadership and motivational skills for building a dynamic, diverse team; excellent communication and organizational abilities; tech-savvy with a readiness to leverage digital tools to optimize operations and client experience; genuine passion for health, wellness, and empowering others to achieve their goals
